OUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

If you do not like the stuff you received then you can return it or exchange it with the other stuff on the site. You may order some other color or design of shalwar kameez or shawl and accidentally receive another color. Or maybe the size mentioned in the product details does not fit you. In these cases, we give you 14 days for exchanging or returning your parcel. Also, this return policy applies if you have the following issues:

  • Your product arrives damaged or is incomplete.
  • Your dress is stained or defective.
  • If you don’t receive the exact dress you ordered.
  • The size is not what you have ordered.

You can return the parcel if you have not removed the stickers or the shalwar kameez tags. Also, the dress must contain packaging and must be returned as it has arrived. You can not damage the packaging or spoil the dress at all. Furthermore, if you have worn the dress once, or made it untidy, it will not be returned nor could you exchange it. Worn clothes are not in our refunding policy. If you have purchased the dress from the site, and it is not what you ordered, you can contact Customer Service for return assistance.
The team will be guiding you for returns and exchange. That’s because, anything you buy online from the official site, cannot be changed from the local or online stores. But in the UK, we provide this facility. But, other overseas customers will get complete guidance from our Customer Service. You can dial the team and take further assistance.
You can exchange the parcel or can get a refund within 14 days duration with the above-discussed condition and steps. You can return the parcel with the following procedure:

  • Email us your reason for returning or exchanging the ordered parcel. Share the product details with us at eshop@deemwae.com. Once you receive an approval email from our team.
  • you can proceed with returning or exchanging. But, please be clear that in case of refunding or exchanging the parcel, you will be responsible for the postal charges.
  • Other than these cases, you can exchange or ask for a refund on your dress you ordered. If you bought a dress from the discount or limited sale, you can refund or exchange it only if it is different from your order.
  • Any other reason will not be accepted as the sale is always for a limited time. You can ask for a refund within 14 days, and if somehow, you don’t send back the parcel for a refund, you can contact our Customer Service for stating your problem and for further details and information. Our Deemwae team is active 24/7 and you will seek proper guidance for your return and exchange.
